Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I find out the status of my order?

A: You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order has been validated. You will receive a confirmation when your order is prepared in our warehouse. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your order is shipped. This e-mail also includes a tracking code that allows you to track your order.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Most orders are delivered withing 7-9 business days.

Q: Where are your products made?

A: All of our products are sourced from all over the US, and assembled together in California.

Q: What if one of the items received is not the one I ordered?

A: Logistical errors can unfortunately occur even though such cases are very rare. Having at heart to resolve any shipping error as soon as possible via the contact form or by email: support@anansi.studio

Q: My package didn't arrive. What can I do?

A: We know that you are waiting for your order from Anansi Art Collective impatiently, we always do our best to send you your packages as soon as possible. There may be some hiccups, but don't worry, there is always an explanation!

No Deliveries On The Weekends

If you place an order on the eve of a weekend or public holiday you will have to add these days to the estimated delivery time.

Exceptional Events

Pandemics, strikes, weather conditions etc... are all event that can have a direct impact on the delivery of you package.

Packaging Delay  

 We provide the packaging of your packages. It can happen that the influx of orders is difficult to manage for the team especially during operations such as sales or other flash promotions. This can lead to a slight delay in the shipment of your parcel but don't worry our team will do everything possible to ensure that we send it as quickly as possible.

Q: My package arrived damaged. What can I do?

A: You were impatiently waiting for your parcel and you reserved a nice place on your wall to put your new Anansi Art Item. Unfortunately, they arrived damaged. Don't panic, we are here to help. In case of damage or the articles, it is necessary to take photos of the damaged articles and send them to our team by email at support@anansi.studio. We then will proceed with immediate reshipment of the damaged items.
